Personal Injury & Wrongful Death

GM Defective Ignition Switches May Cause Injury or Death

Have you or a loved one been injured in a motor vehicle accident, automobile accident or car wreck involving a General Motors (GM) vehicle with a defective ignition switch? Defective ignition switches may allow the engine of the vehicle to shut off. GM has recalled 1.6 million cars after receiving dozens of crash reports related to defective ignition switches. If injuries have been sustained, or death has resulted from such an accident, you should take immediate actions to protect and enforce your rights. You need an experienced lawyer to help you assert those rights, and to help you navigate your claim. After all, GM and the insurance company will be consulting with their lawyers. Why shouldn’t you have a lawyer on your side, too?
