Our Goals for You

Our first goal in personal injury cases and wrongful death cases arising out of car or automobile accidents is to obtain a fair settlement out-of-court.  But if a fair, out-of-court settlement cannot be obtained, then our lawyers are ready to take your case to Court, if that turns out to the be the best course of action for you and your family.  Our experienced personal injury lawyers will meet with you to discuss your situation and give you advice about your options.  We will also put the insurance companies on notice of your claims, to make sure your case is appropriately addressed and evaluated by the insurance companies involved.

What You Should Do If You’ve Been in an Accident

  • If you or a passenger have been injured, obtain immediate medical treatment from a medical doctor
  • Ask for a police investigation and report
  • Obtain the contact information for any persons or witnessed the accident.
  • Take photographs of your vehicle and any visible injuries on any persons injured (such a bruises or cuts)
  • Report the accident to your insurance company, but do not give a statement to the other driver’s insurance company without first consulting with an attorney
